Sponsorship Requests

At Resolute Health, it is our mission to inspire and empower one another to engage in the pursuit of health and wellbeing for life. Each year, we support many nonprofit and community health organizations to help improve the health and wellness of children and families. Resolute Health is active in the community and offers health education, free screenings, expos, seminars and much more.

Review and Approval Process

Each year, we receive requests for millions of dollars to support very worthy organizations, and it is not possible to fund every request. The information you provide here will serve as a guide to determine whether Resolute Health will offer sponsorship to your organization. Requests are reviewed, evaluated and decided upon by committee and selected prior to the start of the Resolute Health fiscal year. We ask that community organization submit requests three months to a year in advance, especially if this is a first-time sponsorship request, versus one we have funded in the past. The deadline for submission for the next fiscal year is June 1. You will be notified if your request for sponsorship is approved.
