Q: Do you accept my insurance?

A: Please see our list of accepted insurances. We are currently working on being credentialed with all plans. If you do not see your insurance listed, please call (855) 589-9912 to see if it has been added to our accepted plans. Regardless, we will treat you as if you are in-network.

Q: Can I pay online?

Yes. If you have received a statement and would like to pay it online, you can make a payment on our website.
